About The Job

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing enthusiast. In the Sales role, you will play a key part in recognizing and capitalizing on market opportunities to foster the expansion of OTFLOW. Additionally, you will be tasked to maintain healthy relationships with current clients and partners. In the Marketing capacity, we are in search of a candidate to take the lead in crafting and executing our marketing strategy, with a focus on generating engaging content for our Social Media and other platforms, together with organizing and representing us in social events.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Marketing or Sales role.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have an EU resident permit.
  • You have the willingness to travel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

What will you do?

  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand our market.
  • Develop strategies for new market opportunities.
  • Build a strong relationship with current clients/ distributors.
  • Acquire new customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Content creation.
  • Event planning.
