We develop and sell award-winning innovative technology that fights food waste in the fruit shipping industry. Since our commercial launch in 2018, our products can be found in all continents.

About The Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Sales Manager. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and leading the growth of OTFLOW. You will further polish our commercial strategy and monitor its execution. As our sales manager, you will have the ownership to roll out your own plans and manage resources accordingly. You will be in the lead of our sales team and work with our distributor network.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Sales position.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

What will you do?

  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand our market.
  • Develop and execute target-based sales plans.
  • Develop strategies for new markets opportunities.
  • Build and maintain an enthusiastic and high-performing team.
  • Build a strong relationship with distributors and partners.
